Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026  ·  Effective: 27 April 2026

The short version: We use essential cookies to keep ClustrOps working, and optional cookies to understand how it's used so we can improve it. Essential cookies cannot be turned off. Optional ones can be — and we always ask first. We do not use cookies for advertising.

1. What Are Cookies?

Small files stored on your device. They let a website remember things — like that you're logged in — so you don't have to sign in on every page.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners.

Similar technologies — such as local storage and session storage — work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy wherever we refer to "cookies."

ClustrOps is operated by FlyHii Solutions Private Limited. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean FlyHii Solutions Private Limited, operating ClustrOps at clustrops.com.

2. Cookies We Use

Two types only: essential ones (always on — the app needs them) and optional analytics ones (help us improve the product). No advertising cookies. Ever.

2.1 Essential Cookies Always Active

Strictly necessary for ClustrOps to function. Without them, you cannot log in, use features, or stay secure. These cannot be turned off.

2.2 Analytics Cookies Optional

Help us understand how ClustrOps is used — which features are popular, where errors occur, and how the product can be improved. Data is aggregated and does not identify you individually. Only set with your consent.

2.3 What We Do Not Use

  • Advertising cookies — we run no ads and have no advertising or retargeting pixels
  • Social media cookies — no embedded social plugins that set third-party cookies on app pages
  • Cross-site tracking — we do not track you across other websites
  • Fingerprinting — we do not use browser fingerprinting as a substitute for cookies

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies come from our infrastructure partners, not directly from us. They're contractually bound to handle your data properly and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Some cookies may be set by third-party providers we use — such as our analytics or error monitoring tools. These providers are contractually bound to use cookies only for the purpose we engaged them, not use your data for advertising, and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Razorpay may set cookies when you make a payment, governed by Razorpay's privacy policy. We do not control these cookies.

If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, those services may set their own cookies governed by their respective policies.

4. Your Cookie Controls

Essential cookies are always on. Analytics cookies are your choice — opt in or out anytime. Your browser also gives you full control over all cookies.

4.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit ClustrOps, we show you a consent banner. Accept or decline optional cookies at that point. Your choice is saved for one year. Change your preference anytime by clearing browser cookies (resets the banner) or emailing support@clustrops.com.

4.2 Browser-Level Controls

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Note: Blocking essential cookies at the browser level will prevent ClustrOps from functioning — you may be unable to log in.

4.3 Do Not Track

We respect the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. If your browser has DNT enabled, we do not set optional analytics cookies for your session.

5. Cookies and Personal Data

Some essential cookies process personal data (like your user ID to keep you logged in). This is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies such as authentication cookies necessarily process your user identifier to keep you logged in. This is covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights and how to exercise them.

For analytics cookies set with your consent, the legal basis for any associated personal data processing is that consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Updates to This Policy

When we change the cookies we use, we update this policy and the "Last Updated" date. If we add new optional cookies, we reset the consent banner so you can make a fresh choice. We will never add optional cookies without asking first.
