ClustrOps is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There is nothing physical to ship. "Delivery" means instant access to your account the moment your payment is confirmed.

ClustrOps, operated by FlyHii Solutions Private Limited, is a digital software service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no shipping addresses required, and no delivery couriers involved.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is published for clarity, transparency, and compliance with the requirements of payment aggregators including Razorpay, and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.

When you make a payment for a ClustrOps subscription:
For new accounts, the 14-day free trial begins immediately upon signup, with no payment required.

In rare cases involving payment processor delays or technical issues, activation may take up to 24 hours. If your account is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at support@clustrops.com and we will resolve it.
ClustrOps is available to anyone with an internet connection and a supported web browser. Pricing and invoicing are currently in Indian Rupees (INR). Primary infrastructure is hosted in India (AWS Asia Pacific — Mumbai region). Customer support is provided in English.
ClustrOps does not ship any physical product. We do not collect shipping addresses, we do not use courier or postal services, and there are no shipping or handling charges associated with any ClustrOps subscription or trial.
If you are asked for a "shipping address" anywhere in the signup or payment flow, that field is intended only for GST billing address purposes required for tax invoice generation, and is not used to ship anything.
Payment went through but account not active? Here's what to do.
If your payment was successful but your subscription has not activated:
We will investigate and either complete the activation or, if there has been a payment failure, issue a full refund in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
