You can track whether the link has been opened. You control what's visible. The link expires so your candidate's information isn't floating around indefinitely.

When a placement closes, you select the client and candidate, enter the fee, and generate the invoice. Client details pull in automatically. The invoice goes out with your business name, your logo, and the correct breakdowns — looking like it came entirely from your business.

Category 3 — Pricing & What I Actually Pay
Yes. 14 days, full access. No card required.
We don't ask for payment information before you try it because we'd rather you evaluate it honestly and decide for yourself. At the end of 14 days, you pay to continue or you don't. No automatic charges. No "you forgot to cancel" situation.
No. ClustrOps is prepaid. You pay each month when you're ready — via UPI or online payment. We don't store your card. We don't auto-debit anything.
If you don't pay for the next month, your account pauses. When you're ready to continue, you pay and it picks up exactly where you left off.
Yes. Stop paying — that's it. No cancellation form, no notice period, no phone call to a retention team. You pay for what you use, one month at a time.

We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price change — by email and inside the app. You'll never wake up to a surprise charge.
Category 4 — My Data & My Candidates
You do. Completely.
Your clients, your candidates, your mandates, your invoices — all of it is yours. ClustrOps stores and manages it for you. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything other than running the service for you. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Yes — anytime, including before you've paid anything. Download your entire database: candidates, clients, mandates, invoices. We'd rather you stay because the product is worth it, not because leaving is painful.
Your account goes read-only for 30 days. You can log in, browse, and download everything. After 30 days the account is archived. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted — except invoices, which we retain for 8 years as required under Indian tax law.
Come back within 30 days and everything is exactly as you left it.
Your data is stored on AWS servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to our systems is restricted, logged, and monitored.
If there is ever a breach that affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours. Not eventually — within 72 hours.
No. Candidates never interact with ClustrOps. It's your tool. You manage their information on their behalf as their recruiter.
Category 5 — Before I Commit
Most recruiters add their first mandate and candidate within 30 minutes. No onboarding call required, no implementation, no migration service to hire.
